HOW IT WORKS: We offer a Pay-It-Forward option on our current / most recent magazine issue.
 
Customers purchase a copy of the magazine, and we send it to one of our LGBTQ+ charity partners to distribute to one of their community members who otherwise would not be able to afford it.
 
ABOUT THIS ISSUE:
Welcome to our very special birthday issue! Our special “Twenty-One” cover art was created by our long-time collaborator, the brilliant Madeleine Leisk.
 
Following our sixties and seventies issues, we are taking a temporary break from time-travelling (don’t worry we will be back with an 80s bang in a couple of months) to celebrate five years of our wee mag.
Inside you will find the story of the last five years of publishing, and all the insights and behind the scenes experiences which made Somewhere: For Us such an important part of the Scottish LGBTQ+ cultural landscape. 
 
Cutting across queer arts and rainbow enterprises, the breadth of scope we have covered in the last five years goes to show how incredible the LGBTQ+ creative community is - across Scotland and beyond – and what a joy it has been to bring it all together in our own space, our own magazine. 
 
As well as tracking the magazine story, we also spend time with our Unicorn Award and Fringe Award winners, and we hear what our wee mag has meant to our readers and contributors over the past five years.
 
You’re all invited to join in our birthday celebrations!

Somewhere: For Us is the award-winning quarterly LGBTQ+ Arts, Culture, Heritage and Enterprise magazine for Scotland and beyond. The 88-page A4 magazine is printed on high quality FSC-approved paper. The cover for Issue 21 has been designed by Madeleine Leisk.
